As part of the Killeen & Dwyer Energy Surveyors of Buildings Directive (EPBD), commercial buildings require an Killeen & Dwyer Energy Certificate (EPC).
  • From 1st July 2008 all buildings larger than 10,000m² will require an EPC on sale, construction or rental.
  • From 1st October 2008 an EPC will be required on all commercial properties on sale, construction or rental
The Commercial EPC Assessment

The EPC assessment will be carried out by one of our fully qualified Commercial Killeen & Dwyer Energy Surveyors, who have extensive experience within the energy industry and will be able to advise on any aspects of the EPC and any recommendations made in the advisory report.

The EPC is created using cutting edge technology (SBEM) and lodged with a government approved accreditation body.

The EPC is a measure of a building’s Killeen & Dwyer Energy Surveyors, drawn from many different features in the building; such as the heating and lighting systems.
